  • Insert corrupted YS8231 flash disk to your computer .
  • Extract YS8231 MPTool v0.44.rar and open MPTool.exe .
  • If your flash drive chip controller is YS8231 , You will see flash info appears on the software interface .
  • Click Space to begin formatting YS8231 flash controller .


If this software doesn't work with your flash drive ,go to the second solution "remove the case of the flash drive and write in a comment the details that exist on the chip controller of flash drive board and i will try to find the best firmware for you .

    I have restored 2 other flash drives with success. But this time it fails. Is there an english version of the software available ? any link i tried get the CH,by opening all cfg files no language option was to be found.

    i have the following flash drive in RAW file system status unable to format. It is not being detected by any software available for this controller.
